| Vostek industries began in 1993 and has since achieved the status of “Preferred Contractor” with many of our clients. We are selective with our client base and our commitments. We set out to work in conjunction with our clients and to achieve targets that are realistic.
We strive to satisfy all concerned in a project.
We use a number of suppliers / manufacturers to ensure we have a constant supply of materials. We believe this to be imperative for an efficient service to meet our clients' programmes.
Many of the projects we have been involved in have had a high degree of difficulty associated with them. Some of the difficulties incurred have been in programming, co-ordination with other trades, tenants occupying space below our work, or designing solutions to waterproofing problems that have been long term.
Our main line of business is in the metal roofing and waterproofing areas, however, much of our work to date has involved the introduction of other trades such as demolition, structural steel, plumbing, electrical and painting. We have a number of contractors who work closely with us when the appropriate expertise is required.
Vostek Industries is also a member of the Metal Roofing and Cladding Association. We are active participants in the association and work to resolve issues such as improving training levels and quality of workmanship for the industry.
